Riyadh — Mubasher: Ownership disclosures for the 12-13 October 2026 period revealed three significant changes in stakes held by major shareholders in companies listed on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

No new entries were reported into the 5% or more ownership category, nor did any major shareholders exit their positions entirely, as activity remained concentrated on fractional adjustments within existing holdings.

Data tracking major ownership movements showed that Adel Abdullah Nasser Al Ajlan increased his stake in Saudi Industrial Export Company (Sadirat) by 0.23%. His total ownership in the company rose from 14.89% to 15.12%.

Similarly, Hamad Nasser Hamad Al Twaijri raised his position in Raydan Food Company by 0.11%, bringing his total holding to 9.03% from a previous 8.93%.

In contrast to the accumulation seen in the industrial and food sectors, Mohammed Ibrahim Abdulkareem Al Obaida reduced his stake in Miral Dental Company. The shareholder's ownership decreased by 0.20%, moving from 13.22% to 13.02%.

These transactions represent the entirety of major shareholder movements disclosed during the two-day window, reflecting a period of targeted portfolio rebalancing by individual investors in specific small and medium-cap equities.
